AI Assistants & Agents
I design and build AI assistants and agents that streamline daily workflows, boost efficiency, and free up time for higher-value tasks. Using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make, I create tailored automation pipelines that connect data, documents, and conversations into one seamless system.
One example is a custom-built chatbot that mirrors my own style of responding to queries. It is powered by a mini-database I developed, which stores files and documents with strict permission settings. This ensures that the chatbot only shares information relevant to each user — for instance, it can handle finance-related questions for the finance team while avoiding those topics entirely with the tech team.
These solutions aren’t just theoretical — they’re actively in use, helping me and my teams work faster, more accurately, and with fewer interruptions.

Infinink
I contributed to the concept and strategic direction of Infinink, an enterprise-grade real-time collaborative whiteboard solution. The vision was to create a platform where multiple users could work simultaneously on a shared digital canvas, equipped with advanced features such as handwriting recognition, shape detection, and a variety of interactive tools designed to enhance productivity in both academic and corporate settings.
My role focused on product ideation, feature refinement, and market positioning. I worked closely with the development team who handled all technical implementation to ensure the platform’s capabilities aligned with real-world needs and user expectations. The initial plan was to present the product to universities and offer it as a white-label solution, enabling institutions to customise the interface and branding while leveraging the core technology.
However, with the release of similar offerings by major technology companies, the strategic decision was made to discontinue development. The experience provided valuable insights into competitive analysis, product-market fit assessment, and the importance of timing in technology launches — lessons I continue to apply when evaluating and shaping new product ideas.
